Hired as the first C-level executive outside of the founding brothers, Krishna played a pivotal role in growing the company from niche player to industry leader with over $1B in revenue and a $4.2B valuation from Sequoia Capital.
Overseeing a team of 250+ employees across merchandising, marketing, retail, brand, and creative Krishna partnered with the CEO and co-founder to deliver an ambitious growth plan. This included expanding into Kidswear, Self Care, and Home goods, opening the cutting-edge retail flagship SSENSE Montreal, launching new joint venture brands with established and emerging designers, and leading collaborations with Pharrell Williams, Virgil Abloh, Tom Sachs, Drake, Jerry Lorenzo, and Soho House.
Krishna implemented a powerful, data-driven buying methodology, enabling SSENSE to lead the industry in every performance metric, including revenue growth and EBITDA margin.
